Released in 1999, the Dell Inspiron 7500 was a speedy laptop that Dell branded as 'A Mobile Desktop.” Its starting price was $4,101. The early Dell Inspiron models listed below went through a number of changes from 1999 to 2006, so the specifications on each laptop may be incomplete (except for the information on the Dell Inspiron 8000, that is all correct.) There are also obviously more early models than these 5, but those have not been added to this list yet.
