Treat them like any other EE optional module. These skins are meant to be installed on top of the mod: Sacred 2 Enhanced Edition v3.0. The skins will work with any of the three texture options in the Options menu (Minimal/Default/Elite). The GME will back up your clean files and will allow to you to easily enable/disable the mod as you wish. An overwrite warning is to be expected for multiple skins.
Run the GME and enable the desired skins(s). So you couldn't install Dark Elf and Sorceress at the same time. You can install more than one skin at a time, so long as each one is for different characters.
